So last night I threw on my pork butt around 830pm on my traeger. Everything is fine when I pull it at 145am to wrap it. IT was 152. I set my next alarm at 530, less than 4 hours later and walk out to an LER error which I found out means the smoker doesnt hold 125 for more than 10 minutes. My IT now is 109. I tossed the butt in my oven to finish the cook by 10am. Is this safe to serve?
