Top Sirloin steak is nothing more than Picanha sliced into steaks. If done right they are very worthy for grilling. Fired up the kettle with homemade vortex and grilled some with a few 16ct shrimp, with a cold beer it’s what summer grilling is all about .

Plated with some Spanish rice and some sautéed veggies.

You beat me to it.
That looks KILL,er Eric!!!!
Did you check the temperature of the meat, it looks perfect.
I bought two picahna's yesterday, I've never cooked one. I just recently had it for the first time at my nephew's house.
The stuff was like butter, he cooked it hot and fast over oak wood coals on skewers. I'm gonna do the same either tomorrow or Friday. Gotta make up some chimi sauce the night before, that's a must do for me, I can drink the stuff I like it so much.

Awesome meal, Bruth'a!!!!

I'm gonna steal you prawn and mexican rice idea as well.

Love it all, except the yellow squash hiding in the back. :emoji_scream: :emoji_laughing: :emoji_laughing: :emoji_scream:

Great looking meal! It's perfect... even left some soppin juice for bread under the steaks!
