- Brine in Tony's for at least 2 hours
- Don't rinse after pulling out of brine
- Generously apply Tony's to the outside of the bird
- Crack open favorite beer, take a sip, violate the chicken and apply the beer can
- Apple pellets in a mailbox
- 325 degrees
- Apply smoke entire time until 165
