Tonight's supper it was a test

Not sure we're to post this so I started here. I made a bacon cheese burger pan pie. I findely found my old cast iron pans and thought I would try this tonight. It was chilly outside (teens) but what the hell.i made a bacon wrapped stuffed cheeseburger in the griswold and the Weber tonight and the family loved it I don't have any left for lunch tomorrow. I'm sure pic aren't in order I have trouble with that plus a few old fashions. Thanks for looking happy smoking

I cooked it at 325-350 indirect and it took about a hour and 45 min. I took it to 165 -170 IT

Motocrash beat me to it. My first thought was "Pan Fatty".

In several ways it looks like it works better in a skillet than it would rolled as a fatty.
