Tried my 1st meatloaf.  Started with about 1.5lbs of 80/20 ground beef.

Smoked on the Rec Tec at 325 for about an hour till IT 165.

Came out nice and moist.  I think next time i'll smoke at 225 for a bit to give it some more smoke.

After about 30 minutes.

About 45 minutes in I coated with BBQ sauce.

Plated up with some rice pilaf, steamed broccoli and mini Naan breads i heated on the grill.

Thanks for looking,

Scott

Points to you!!
It came out great.

Nice meatloaf, looks delicious!

How are you liking your RecTec?

Im really liking it. Its been great as a smoker and a grill with when using the grill grates.  Only complaint would be getting the custom cover on and off.
