I’m pretty proud of this one!

Done on the WSM with pecan wood, smoked until 120, then onto the BBQ to reverse sear it.

Also broke in my new little Smokey Joe with some sausages that my butcher made yesterday.

I thought the steak turned out perfectly. My husband thought it was good too, “but maybe a little too thick...”. (If anyone needs a husband, let me know! I’m giving one away for free)

You nailed that . Smoked then sear'd cowboy ribeye makes me weak in the knees .
 
I'll bet you will get a lot of use out of that little Smokey Joe. They are really handy for small cooks.
Also, nice to see that your butcher gets blowouts on his sausages too. Makes me feel a little better about mine.
