My local butcher brought back tomahawk steaks for the season and I got my first one of the year going this past weekend. Started with a dry rub.

My sons and myself prefer most things a nice medium with one of them sometimes opting for a medium-rare. My wife likes everything burnt. On the rare occasion we eat out she will order a nice filet and them tell them to butterfly it and cook it well done. Every time I hear her say this a small piece of me dies......
