Smoked up some Tomahawk Pork Chops yesterday, paired with some grilled veggies.
Turned out great.

Stats/Info:
Smoked on Pit Barrel Cooker
Smoker Temp: 320
Wood: Apple and Cherry
Seasoning: Pork Chop Seasoning by Penzeys
Veggies: Grilled on gasser with Black and Red Seasoning, Garlic Powder, Olive Oil, and Salt

Wow looks great! Very interested in the veggie basket! I have not seen one like that before.
Thanks much. The veggie basket came from Sur La Table, not cheap but we have been using it for 3 years and it is still in great shape.
