I got home from work today to find my new AMNPS at the front door.

I wasn't surprised that it arrived in two days.

I wasn't surprised at the quality of the product that was inside.

I WAS surprised to find a note from Todd that there was extra room in the box and that he included a 2LB bag of perfect pellet mix for free!

This guy is one hard act to follow!

Thanks Todd!  You Rock!

Got my order in today and he uses the strangest packing material.  Looks like little rabbit pellets, smells like apple maybe.  Guess he's ran out of foam peanuts.  Sure wish more sellers were as great as Todd is.

Yup, I know. Todd is a very sloppy packer. There were some extra pellets in my order, too.  I didn't order them, nor was I billed for them. I called him about the mistake, and he just rambled on something about helping the Cherry pellets burn, or some such. Ya just never know about that guy. He seems to make this sort of mistake with unusual frequency. Hmmm. Maybe that's why he's the BEST!!!

PS: Is there anybody out there who wants to buy a lot of different varieties and fairly large quantity of wood chips? Don't need 'em anymore. Willing to sell fairly cheap. You pay shipping. Will negotiate. Send PM.

Todd, You should start a school on customer service for other companies.
SmokinAl is right.  I run a training department for the company I work for.  A large part of what we do is train customer service skills.  The level of service Todd provides is rare these days -- and what so many companies SAY they want to be known for.  Because of his quality product, and the high level of service he provides, Todd has built a VERY loyal following (I know -- I'm one!).  Besides the fact that it's just plain the right thing to do (provide service like that), it impacts the bottom line.  I don't know why more companies don't see that simple equation.

I'm thinking I should put together a case study on Todd's service levels for our training...and have them read the many posts like this which show how much an impact it has.

Amaz-n product + Amaz-n service = satisfied and LOYAL customers.

That is why so many of us have been telling you about his products and his service for a long time. He is also a pretty ok guy to know too.
