I asked Todd about getting one of the 6 inch tube burners..

He told me those werent really a for sale item but if he cut one up he would send me one..

Fair enough..

Today the post woman dropped off a package from AMAZEN.

Not only a 6 inch tube, he packed it with some pellets.

Thanks Todd...I love you.

Sooo .... filled it up with the new pellets fired it off as per the directions and got about 2 hours of heavy smoke in the 30 mes.Mes off.

So then I refilled it with pellets mixed with corn cob pieces.

Put some a couple pounds of cheddar in and let it go.

They got a little warm so I moved them to the top shelf.

The mix burned perfect.

After 2 hours the cheese got vac packed for a few weeks rest.

Making some Brunswick stew today too.

And Hey Rick!!

It is raining here too!!!!

Looks great Craig - That little tube is awesome

I love it!!

I am prolly gonna make a cardboard box smoker just for cheese or cold smoking..

Rick started the little grenade smoker thing, so I figured it kinda made sense

This way a guy could take it camping or???

I just noticed the "Red Line"

OMG!
