Today's smokings

Today I am currently smoking two pork butts, one pastrami, 5 beef short ribs and a chicken. The chicken and ribs will come in in just a few moments, and out will go meatloaf and perhaps a fatty or two.

It is a .223 AR-15. DPMS lower with a Bushmaster upper, 16" 1:9 barrel.

Nice. Here's one of my toys. A Colt pre ban H-bar with competition barrel, collapsible rear stock, target grip and ofcourse bayonet.
It also has a Tac-trigger so it shoots like a full auto.

You might want to size those Qviews down a bit, image size = 2074px × 1555px. I have a 24 inch wide screen and I have to scroll half my screen to see it all.

The Ideal size for posting is 640X480. Otherwise those on dialup will take forever to get the pics...

I know, first I complain they are too small now its too large...

I must apologize for the pic size. I generally do resize them before I post them, but I got in a hurry. Besides the smoking, the Mrs. and I had a few projects going, so I had to sneak in to post the pic ;)

I also am going to apologize for the lack of further Q-view, It's been really busy. After the chicken and the ribs came off, I did two meatloaves and a fatty. So the smoker was kept quite busy today, had to keep it going for the butts anyway.
