thx for the kindness guys.....next time I am smoking just Ribs and Tri-Tip. The chicken thing was good but I could have fit 2 racks of beef short ribs in that spot the chicken took up.

Homemade BBQ sauce....I smoke it up in the smoker for a while.

Ah, once I enlarge the photo I can see it had sauce in it. In the smaller photo I only notice the gold color at the bottom and thought it was apple juice or something.
