Todays smoke!! A couple butts...

2 small butts ..  total 9 pounds.

Coated with SPOG and into the WSM at 240 ..7:30am.

Local pecan for smoke. KB charcoal.

No foil today ..out and into the cooler at 7:30 pm.

Pulled an hour later.  Tasty!!!
