Today's Qview!

Weather has broken a bit here in upstate NY so time to fire up the ECB! Ribs & chicken with my homemade rub & sauce.

I had already thrown the ribs on when I relized I didn't get a pick.



On they went!

And as always the judges approve! It was one of my better batches I must say.
