Happen to have a bachelor night so it was a caveman dinner…. @JIMSMOKES and me must have been channeling the same flames today!

Prepping the cave fire!

Getting the cave warmed up!
IMG_4551.jpeg

Started off with some root veg roasting in the flames!

Flame painting cavemen color in real time!
IMG_4554.jpeg

Once the roots got some good color they went into a foil pan with some beef tallow to finish….while the 28 day dry age NY got there own flame crafted color!

The flames have finished their work so it’s time to gather the paint to make the cave painting! Starting with the base…..

Followed up with some accent colors…..

All that’s left to do is sit back and enjoy the view of the cave painting!!

The money shot along with the finishing sauce…. Simmered dry age trimmings, beef stock, veg and finished with some hickory white balsamic…..
