Smoking for some friends and my wife and I this weekend as it is our last free weekend as a married couple. My wife is getting induced on Thursday the 6th with our first baby, a boy!
So getting a last good laugh in with friends and few things done. Changing oil and smoking! On at 225. Pork spares and stuffed peppers

Rubbed down one with @SmokinAl rub and the other with a savory pecan seasoning. Jalapenos are stuffed with cream and Velveeta cheese, and hot Italian sausage.
