Supposed to have bad storms, again, today so I used my little electric smoker. Did a good job. Just don't get the smoke ring like I do on the SnP. Anyway here are the pics of the country style pork ribs.

Don't get me wrong, they were good. I've noticed a diff. between smoking on the electric and smoking on my SnP.

I did a search for earache my eye sauce - not there
Then I searched for Rib Sauce and over 500 posts came up. :)
