Its 4 degrees and snowing and I've got the smoker fired up so I can cook this pork today. It's DR Pepper injected (just had to try it)and only salt/pepper for season on the outside. I'm also going to cook in a pan today.

and all with my pellet smoker lol.

my pulled pork cook last week was more pulled pork than this one because i wanted to slice some of this
 
to be honest im not sure lol. there was no real taste difference and my pork is always moist and has good color.
