Its 4 degrees and snowing and I've got the smoker fired up so I can cook this pork today. It's DR Pepper injected (just had to try it)and only salt/pepper for season on the outside. I'm also going to cook in a pan today.

9 hours and i pulled it at 199 so i could slice the center and pull the ends for our salads.
and all with my pellet smoker lol.

to be honest im not sure lol. there was no real taste difference and my pork is always moist and has good color.
