Today at my reg. meat market they had Loin Roasts, Center and Rib portions
Great price for lately and big line up , only allowed to get 10 . So now I have to
figure on what to make out of them.

They are not large ,around 3 - 31/2 pounds each. But a good price for me to play with the smoker. lol

Nice price! Don't see that whole bone-in roast here much. Lots of whole loins and on sale often, but not bone-in. Saw a pic ahakohda ahakohda posted, and I got to have me some of that! Also I need to check out some markets other than local grocery.

Are those bone-in?

I'm thinking some double thick chops for grilling, using a Buckboard style dry cure on 1" chops or Canadian bacon with the whole piece

Some are Center cuts and some are Rib portions

As soon as I saw them I was thinking thick chops, but never thought of curing the chops. That sounds even better. Good idea
