We’re out of smoked meats in the freezer and Michigan gave us a day slightly above freezing so I rolled out the smoker.
Chicken - brined overnight straight onto the smoker. Normally I let them sit another day in the fridge but this was a bit of a last minute thing plus I plan to pull it all and freeze it for later.
Chuckie - just a pepper and salt rub.
Rack of Babies. Sweet heat rub
Pork butt - sweet heat rub as well. no pictures as I wrapped it at 170 and stuck it in the oven. It’s still in there.
Great day and now we’ll have a freezer full.
