I live in SE Idaho. I have recently received a Masterbuilt 30" Electric Smoker. I look forward to learning different techniques and opinions, though some of the ones I recently viewed were a little argumentative.

Tinhen, welcome to SMF! Lots of folks here use an MES. Sorry some of the threads came off as argumentative. It happens, but not as much here as I've seen in other forums. Folks can have strong feelings about their techniques and opinions. Keep reading and you'll find those argumentative threads are rare, yet civilized.
