Hey All,

Gonna do another meatloaf on the 560. Got it all mixed and in the pan molding will post up as I cook today. a cup and a half red and yellow onions, 1 cup of crumbs, 2 eggs, a cup of milk.. some bacon cooked and cut up and 3 tesaspoons of cow cover..sauce is cherry hab from kosmos :<)

best loaf yet..Cept for the bacon. i pulled it off to finish and walked the loaf back in. i had jacked the temp up to 550 but by the time i got back poof lol bacon cinder LOL. 560 gets to temp with a quickness I
