Very Nice!  Would you mind sharing what you did and what kind of casings those are?  From the looks and my very little knowledge of stuffing, it appears you stuffed it first and then tied it at the spots with a small piece of twine?  I'm trying to read up on all of this prior to stuffing my first links/sticks.  Thanks

Used 19mm collagen casings then tied into links. Use cotton butchers or cooking twine.

They done cut and already vac packed.
