What a great trip! I'm thirsty, wish some of those bottles were available here.

Wow, what an amazing trip. That would be both educational and fun. So which were your favorites, both in tour and taste?

Great pics. Find any bottles to carry home?!?!

I keep saying I am going to make the tour. Sisters live within 30-45 miles for the heart of the KBT. A few years ago, a nephew and his lovely bride had their wedding reception at Buffalo Trace.

Well now, if you make it to heaven you'll know what to expect, won't be your first time. RAY

Thanks

I did get a bottle of the KY Corn.

I been a MM Ambassador for years so i got the tour free. My wife being a VET got a big reduce price.

The closest one to me is Boundary Oak, like 10 mins down rd. All the others are 1.5-2.5 hour drives.

That would be a fun trip

That’s a great trip. I hit 15+ distilleries during a 10-day conference while in town. I was a Maker’s Mark ambassador and my barrel was due when the conference was in session. Amazing timing. I got a VIP tour and tasting and got to dip my own bottles with custom labels.

I loved Angel’s Envy. Woodford was also excellent and was where I discovered double oak. Wow! I’d love to do the trail again.

I did my tour a few years ago and got 2 bottles.

I got a 3L oak barrel for my whiskey.
Fill with hot water and let it sit for 3 days before i put some spirit in it.

Looks like a great time for sure. I would love to have seen all those in person.
