Glad to hear it's working out! The leaks will subside or stop altogether once it gets a buildup of soot and grease (known affectionately as gunk or "seasoning") on the inside. Temps will stabilize more as well. Good luck with the Maverick.Got the smoker lined out, it cooked beautifully last night for me. I'm looking into a way to deal the lid some, as it leaks some smoke and heat out of the bottom of the lid, nothing major. Now to get my maverick replaced.
