30 plants.
Jalapeño
Tabasco
Thai Chili
Garden Salsa(no idea about these)

*Habenaro* (forget to add those to the initial list)

Should be a nice variety for dehydrating/grinding and making fermented sauce.

Soon as the weather clears ours will be going in the ground.

This year will be habs and ghosts. No reapers or scorpions this year as last years yield was tremendous.

Nice! I wish I could put mine in the ground, but my body won't cooperate!

Love that variety . I used to grow them , and they're perfect for fresh salsa . They can have some heat , but mostly on the mild side .
I also dried and ground for powder .
Thanks for the information! Good to know.

NICE That is a s*** ton of plants. Run that much before? I am no master gardener but containers seems undersized. Be basically a hydro grow after awhile. Rooting for ya tho!

Nice
If your Thai produce, you will have enough for many years. They are heavy producers. I don't recall the last year I grew them.
I cut back on my peppers this year. 6 bells and 6 jalapenos to put in the garden once this cold snap passes. It was 36° this morning and didn't get much warmer. Maybe Monday they can go in the garden after this chance of frost goes north.

Out of 70 jalapeno seedlings and a knock down drag out bout with a hungry critter or three, here's mine.
On the potting bench are jalapenos and there's serranos, habanero and chile pequins on the ground in front of the tomatoes, sweet corn, pinto beans and potatoes.

The most I have grown before is 24 plants.

Believe it or not, they will do very well in those containers with the possible exception of the six smallest ones. I will replant those.

I was thinking of trying to winter over the Thai peppers. For whatever reason they are hard to find here. Hope it warms up for you!

I grew Garden Salsa in 2022 and they had the heat of a little over a jalapeno. I grew Thai as well...but they were suppose to be Hungarian Boldog peppers. Packet clearly showed Boldog but what grew was Thai. I was pissed too because I had bought my smoker mainly for making smoked Hungarian Paprika.

This was one day of pickin's that year...

Very nice, we are huge pepper fans, eat them like candy! Have a bunch going for this year.

These are some of our habanero plants from last year.

Last harvest of the year, I pulled everything ripe or not because a freeze was coming. Mostly scotch bonnet here.

Waiting for this year to produce!

I very rarely find them in the local greenhouses.
I get my Asian seeds from Kitizawa Seed, now part of True Leaf Market.

I'm thinking the plants come out of the garage on Tuesday. Supposed to lows in the 40's with highs getting closer to 60's

That's great! Never used containers. Might try it. How big would you got for some cherry tomatoes? Was gonna do 5G bucket but rethinking.

5 gallon bucket works fine . I put 1 " minus in the bottom , the a good garden soil .
I personally don't drill holes in mine . Just have to water accordingly .

I was doing them in the Aero Garden .
far right planter .
