Ahhh... been smoking meat for years, but never had the time to get good at more than a few basic recipes. Not Anymore, this forum is great! I found you guys a month or so ago, and have already added pulled pork (AWESOME!!!) and abt's to my list of accomplishments, and will be adding fatties this weekend. Then brisket will be next. :)
