I used the measurements and the right amount of cure #1 it has a lot of pink showing.

Should I toss it?

No smell

Yep all is good! Pork turns a really nice pink when cured properly.

Waiting for the finale!

Ever seen 36+ inches of snow melt in one day while raining? I may need my canoe to get home from work today...
