Been a while since I posted a smoke.
My MES took a crap so I decided on the PB 1100. Got it seasoned this morning and decided on some chicken legs and thighs along with Dutch’s Wicked Baked Beans for its maiden voyage. Half of the chicken will be honey bbq and the other half will be honey mustard.

I’m smoking them at 300 for about an hour or so and will finish them up on the grill with a glaze.

The bbq ones have Sweet Baby Rays and the Mustard ones have a homemade sauce. While they are smoking, I’ll be mixing equal parts sauce and honey for the glaze. All of them were dusted with Bone Suckin Sauce rub.

Also on the menu is mashed potatoes and corn.

I let the chicken go for about 6 Coronas (2 hours) before finishing them on the grill and glazing then with the sauces.

All in all it was a very successful dinner. My favorite was the honey mustard. Thanks for looking!

Good. Only use it for bigger cooks now. She is missing being used. LOL

Thank you John! Hahaha, I love the Perk, but nothing can compare to good old fashioned bbq chicken!
