Thermometers

Do you need a separate thermometers to guage the temp inside your smoker and whatever you are cooking? My smoker doesn't have a temp guage on it and was wondering what I need to buy to find out my temps.

You can buy some universal thermos for your smoker and install them easily. You could also buy a dual probe ( 1 for meat and 1 is for smoker)digital thermo. I use a maverick e-73 and love it. I would do all of the above. hope this helps.
