After about 8 months of research, I just pulled the trigger on a Blaz'n Grill Works Grid Iron with competition wheel kit, pro shelf kit, cover and lid insulator. Now, just have to wait the 3 weeks until it ships!

Oh, the wait! I also just ordered a Grid Iron in red after much research and deliberation. Will post my experiences after some experience with it. It's replacing my venerable Weber Smokey Mountain.
