The smoking bug bit me hard after quite a while of grilling only. I have really enjoyed the forum so far and all of the members seem very helpful.
 
Hello and welcome, This is only going to get worse..... I have expanded my horizons from being here, Meat was the first then we did bread, pies, veggies and on and on..... One of my recent favorites was a spaghetti sauce. I smoked the ground burger added it to the tomatoes and sauce. Then left it in the pot on the smoker for a few hrs. It was Great....
 
Welcome and the bug only gets worse keep reading all the post and you will need a bib to catch the drooling.
But what a great bug to have. Enjoy
