no thats just a different variant. get some GOOD mexican oregano and it smells/tastes like spearmint.Whoda thunk maybe this is why I like the Mexican oregano better

well in the '70's an ounce of oregano was 12-14 from mexico, in the '80's it came from Hawaii and was 50. then from south america n smelled like skunk, only needed 1/4 teaspoon instead of 1 tsp
Now grown around here for the hemp seeds. The local pot heads got really excited until they discovered it didn't have any THCso i was told,,,, we used minnesota green, it was free
