Was looking at the site. I got a sausage making kit for Christmas, doing some research, I see I may need a meat grinder, mixer and stuffer. which seems a bit pricey for a batch of sausage. however I am seeing some of the meat grinders with sausage stuffer attachments. Then I get wondering how that would work if one is making a pork/beef mix sausage. Maybe I just throw the kit up on Ebay, and be done with it as I don't really have interest in making more then the kit I have.

What type of sausage is the kit for ? Go to the butcher and buy some already ground meat , make it up in bulk . If summer sausage , do logs unstuffed .
