In case you are not on the email list.... The Sausage Maker has been having "48 hour free shipping & no minimum" specials for months, usually around holidays, and sometimes for no particular reason. Today I got another email with a "no time limit, no minimum for free shipping offer".

I buy spices, hi-temp cheese and some casings, but they have many more products that are worth checking out.

Thanks for the heads up on that one. I've been wanting to get some collagen casings to try making snack sticks.
Do you have any experience with their collagen casings? The only thing I've ever ordered from them was hi temp cheese and that was years ago.

No I don't. With the exception of Summer sausage, I've always used natural casings. But they are on my list to try.
