If you get TulsaJeff TulsaJeff news letter (and I recommend you sign up for it if you don't) then like me you recently saw the Chicken Bomb recipe. So, without further ado, here's my attempt at this amazing recipe.

This is actually my second time to cook these since seeing the recipe in the new letter. The first time I didn't brine the breast but for this round I did. Brining chicken for almost 2 hours sure makes a difference.

Jana made up the cream cheese mix and added a little bit of sharp cheddar as well as some really nice Jalapeños. I went a little light on the Carolina Dirt rub #16 since she added a little spice to the cream cheese mix. these were the largest breast I've ever seen. Lord! I had 4 and I was amaze how large they were. Maybe Dolly Parton has gotten into the chicken business?
Here they are as I place them into the Yoder running @ 250 with a 2 to 1 mix of Lumberjack Hickory & Cherry pellets - such a nice aroma from this mix and it works with just about everything.

Just over 2 hours to reach 160 deg. Beautiful color on the finished product.

Money shot - Best I could do on a paper plate after a few glasses of Bourbon 🥴
Served with corn & green beans.

These are good and so many ways to go at them. The brine is worth the time. Another great meal served on a paper plate.

Thanks for looking and Keep on Smoking!!
