The New Guy in town

Hey all!

Exited to be here. My name is T.J. and I live in Utah/USA. Current setup is a pellet smoker that I have had for about a year and a half now. I'm looking to become more of a seasoned smoker and graduate to the real man smoker shortly. The reason I found this forum is because I am running into issues with my jerky making and would love some advice from the forum. I also look forward to being a part of other topics and learning from you pro's. Thanks for having me!
