Hi fellow smokers, of the good kind.
My name is David. I am from a small town in South Western Colorado. I am new to smoking and really eager to learn how to do the big meats.
So far I have made plenty of jerky and cheeses. I have also made smoked deviled eggs and failed at smoking bacon. Lol.
