Another Low Country Boil with Blackened Chicken Sausage, Corn, Snow Crab, Shrimp, Baby Potatoes, Hard Boiled Eggs and covered with a Cajun Inspired Butter Sauce

Ramen with diced up Andouille Sausage, Lump Crab, Crawfish Tails and Corn. Garnished with some fresh Chives. Seasoned with a homemade blend of Smoked Paprika, Granulated Garlic, Cayenne Pepper, Fresh Parsley, Kosher Salt and Black Pepper.

Holy smokes, there are noodles under there! Looks great!

I have been out of andouille sausage for a while now. Made some last fall using Con Yeager's seasoning mix, but that didn't last long. Something tells me it's a required ingredient in your "boil". Not many southern dishes let you omit that.

I was on the grocery store app earlier looking for crawdads, which I was surprised they have. You've got my interest in trying this. Not sure when it'll happen but between that and the potato salad, sure looks like a weekend picnic hit.

Let me know if you have any questions! Andouille is pretty common in most grocery stores now.. you can get frozen crawfish tails in a lot of places too.
