forelle is what we say when we mean trout.

it was great, the wife and the kids love the taste.

i got from my wifes dad 2 fish to test, and we have just finished dinner.

I see the fish came out alright but how did the plate make it thou the brining process. Now I have never tried brining the plate does it soften it or what????? Now the fish looks good and you better hurry it looks like your helper is all over that one.
