The excitement

Waiting on the next new smoker to be shipped, the excitement has gotten to me.
It's been 4 years since selling my last smoker pit...and I've missed it.
So recently I've bought $100 in new spices (not done), and $250 in meat.
4 pork butts, 2 pork shoulders, a 15lb brisket, 4 whole chickens and 10 racks of baby backs. My freezers are officially full.

I've been so missing BBQ cooking over the last 4 years..... I just cannot wait.

congrats what smoker did you choose? Always a good feeling when that freezer is full…. Until something like covid happens and for some reason TP is the thing you can’t get your hands on

well...I have a Lang 48D on order and paid for...but now thinking 60D.
