I'm in Mobile Alabama this week working and had to try out the local Q. I knew The Brick Pit was on Man vs. Food so I had to try it. As I walked in I noticed a gentalman putting wood on the fire so I asked if I could take a look... And he said yes! Here is some serious Q-view
Everything tasted great, but I think my favorite part was the sauce. Being a Memphian I'm used to dry rub. These ribs were wet, tangy, and spicy. Good stuff.
I'm here in mobile for 3 more days, so if any of you have a BBQ restaurant suggestion pass it on.
