Something new for me. I always just made crab stuffed mushrooms. This time I used hot Italian sausage along with cream cheese, sharp cheddar, onion, sour cream, sweet heat seasoning, and spog.
Steak out and resting. Pulled at 132. Nice and pink! Both shrooms and steaks were done on the Weber with hickory chunks.
The steaks were perfectly done. Even Ann didn't complain about how pink they were. The shrooms were good. Ann loved them. I thought the filling was a bit loose. Great flavor though. Had with a couple of stellas.
