Putting tukey in pops brine plus 1/2 tsp thyme,basil, my own chipolte powder, 1 tblsrosemary,not crushed. 1/2 tsp liquid smoke. Going in the oven. No time to smoke. Have the butt ham they can like or not. Happy Thanksgiving!
