Okay this looks too good not to try.  This will be my first attempt but I had a vision

My wife makes an awesome thanksgiving meal pure and simple but there are left overs of course.  She makes a righteous fresh jimmy dean stuffing so here is premiss.

The wrapping sausage will be the Jimmy dean

Cheese layer I am thinking a mozzrella (lots of flavor already I need the cheese to meld)

Layer of the stuffing of course

some moderate chop turkey

Now here is where it I need the help

I was thinking  cranberry spread ?? (Jellied cranberries from the can)

I was thinking of some drained corn or peas mixed in

Then roll and bacon wrap etc....

Has anyone tried this??

Good Idea, I would think frozen peas for me not as mushy but show us some pics if you do it.

I did one of these a couple of weeks ago and came out great. I used ground turkey instead of sausage and added yams and some fried potatoes in mine along with the stuffing. I didn't put the cranberrys inside. Oh by the way make two of them. You'll see why.I'll put the pics up when I can. I'm not a computer guy my wife has to do it.sorry
