I used to grind up chuck roast or brisket in my food processor, then run it through the grinder attachment on the KA. Then one of my daughters gifted us a Ninja food processor to replace our 40 year old processor. That Ninja has a 4 blade chopper that almost works as well as the KA grinder. I've used the Ninja to make burgers and sausage.

Whenever visiting the old Cash and Carry (Chef's Store) I like to check the meats for good sales looking in particular for tri-tip and/or packer brisket. My wife LOVES ground tri-tip for her smash burgers, and the brisket is a close second. Tri-tip normally comes in packages of four, so there is plenty to grind. Now she never lets me purchase store ground beef.
