Found a little gem in the freezer in the form of a turkey breast. Brined it for about 10 hours then into the smoker at 225ish for a little over a hour. Here it is at the 1hr mark
Then went 325ish for a little over a hour to finish it off.
Here it is resting.
After the rest here is the first breast coming off
And all sliced up
Decided to make some Yukon Gold Mashed Taters
And Green bean Casserole
And Dinner was served
