You got me thinking, normally I prefer oven roasted for the holiday but a light smoke... You might be onto something here.

I have done whole birds and they turn out great but the smoke can be a bit heavy on them. That is why I like to do just the breast. Cuts down on time and they are KISSED with smoke.
