Thanksgiving in September.

Found a little gem in the freezer in the form of a turkey breast. Brined it for about 10 hours then into the smoker at 225ish for a little over a hour. Here it is at the 1hr mark

Then went 325ish for a little over a hour to finish it off.

Here it is resting.

Just did the same thing over the weekend . That looks fantastic . Great color on the bird , and love Yukon gold taters .
 
Definitely a great looking meal!!! Point on that, can't go wrong with smoked turkey breast.

That’s not fair being at work waiting for the shift to begin looking at very good looking food. Makes me feel sick and go home to be with my smoker!!!!

You got me thinking, normally I prefer oven roasted for the holiday but a light smoke... You might be onto something here.
